What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The typical process starts with a casual phone call, allowing us to get to know each other and determine if I can potentially help you. If we find that working together is a fit, we will schedule a second meeting, either virtually or over Zoom. To make the most of our second meeting, I will send you a detailed questionnaire to fill out. This questionnaire covers your health history, goals, aspirations, and lifestyle details, providing me with a clear understanding of your current situation. During our second meeting, we will discuss a personalized game plan and the most efficient ways to achieve your goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Medicine and have completed numerous personal training courses across Europe and the USA. Throughout this journey, I have invested thousands of dollars to learn from the best coaches in the industry and I am committed to continuous learning, studying daily so I can always be relevant in the most effective ways to support my clients in achieving optimal health and fitness. Few years back, I also completed a course on hormone health, which deepened my understanding of optimizing hormones for better health and fitness outcomes.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I spent 11 years playing basketball semi-professionally. When a knee injury ended my career, I discovered a passion for fitness. Witnessing the positive changes in my own body and mind motivated me to dive deeper into fitness, aiming to help others transform their lives.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I'm thrilled to have been part of my client Eric's incredible transformation. Before working together, Eric was on the verge of giving up on his fitness journey after numerous failed attempts on his own. However, within just three weeks of our collaboration, he saw more results than he had in the past two years. Over 24 weeks, Eric's progress was remarkable—he went from 244 pounds to 190 pounds with about 7% body fat, becoming stronger and more muscular than ever. Additionally, we managed to significantly boost his metabolism, allowing him to consume more calories by the end of our program compared to when we started.
